You can pick up a ground loop isolator, these sometimes help:

It sounds like a ground issue.
I'd check the ground connection for your sub amp. Check to make sure the terminal on the amp is clamped down tightly on the wire and that no strands of wire are touching anything else. Also check to make sure that the grounding point you ised in the car is a good chasis ground, free of paint or powdercoating, the ring terminal on the wire is tight and doesn;t slide around on either the wire or the bolt. If these are fine, it may be the RCA cables. For a quick troubleshooting option, take a section of RCA cables (long enough to reach from your dashboard to the amp. Remove the head unit and change the Subwoofer RCA output to the new cables. toss the other end of the cables to the amp and replace the old connection. Don;t tuck the RCA's in or run them unless you've isolated that they are indeed the problem. If the noise continues, there is likely something wrong with the deck or the amp. If it gets to this point, I'd recommend taking it to a car audio custom shop to have them troubleshoot it.

I have 2 12 inch subs that each run 300 watts each and a 10 inch that runs 800 watts. Can I hook up all these subs to an 800 watt amplifier?
