G'day Clueless Ned, Thank you for your question. It depends where you are as to the rules for starting a party if you want to stand candidates for election. The rules for registration vary from jurisdiction. Election law is different in each of the states of the United States for instance. It requires a great deal of patience and political skills to form a political party and often access to money. Regards
