Help answer this question below.

Would my battery overheating or charging cause all my lights and heater to go form low setting or dim setting and all of a sudden be like super bright and blowing lots of heat?

    You most definatly have a charging system issue. As far as the heater blowing more heat it is just the increase in fan speed that makes it appear that way. However this overcharge condition can cause serious damage to electronic modules and blow out your lights, not to mention overcharging the battery like that will ruin it. Make certain your battery connections are clean and tight,as well as your alternator connections, if they check good have the alternator tested at your local Auto Zone or Auto parts store in your area.
