Help answer this question below.

I have abused ecstasy for over 3 years.im trying to give up.I really need some good advice on how to cope with the symptoms of giving up.rehab is no an option as i dont live in my home country.

    Ecstasy is not addictive so it should really be a willpower thing.

    I used it for years quite heavily and stopped a few years back. I was a miserable git for a few weeks but that was all.

    There wont be any symptoms of giving up except missing it and maybe getting pissed off a bit
