Help answer this question below.

When i login my wallpaper is there at first the disappears and all i have is a blue b/ground. In control panel it only gives me the option to change the background colour! It will not give me the option to select background or browse. Any ideas? XP home

Perhaps you don't have Administration privileges for some reason. Go to Control Panel, then User Acounts and see if you are an administrator or not.

- Try right clicking on the background and see if you can change it from there. If you have any security programs I would run them as well, as I suppose it's possible that you have some sort of bug you've picked up.

- Won't be a virus. It WILL be they aren't logging into the correct account is all.

Checked accounts and i am an administrator, Don't know if it's registry? cheers
