  • What did you do to isolate the audio system as the cause? Have you remove the fuse for the system, or unplugged the amp harnesses in the trunk and let it sit?
  • Josh, Thanks for reply, The car was taken to Good Year and they said it was the amp, they left there wiring drawing in the car with a note that it was drawing 2 amps. I installed an inline amp meter at the battery and only saw a load of .5 amps, There drawing show fuse #27 for the amps, after pulling that fuse the load went down to .25 amps, I pulled one fuse at a time until there was no load ( 0 Amps ) The last .25 amps went away when I pulled fuse # 39, After looking into it fuse # 39 runs the GEM, that is the electronics that stay on all the time, computer etc. I have a electronic degree, reinstall fuse 27 and unpluged one amp at a time and one of the back amps is drawing the .25 amps, its now unpluged and the car will have to set a couple days to see if that is the problem. BUT think about. Amp is drawing .25 amps, it should take weeks not days to draw the battery down, battery has been replaced last year, What do u think ?
