E-coli kills you...It's unsanitary and gross. The risk is high and the benifits are slim. If someone likes to do that at least cover their ass with someting. It's just my opinion.

Food poisoning can be lethal as well. If the receiver cleans the area properly, the likelyhood of e-coli is minimal. Any sex act carries risks. We make the choice to either engage or not. Rimming is hot, and if you have the urge, why not try. And yes, a dental dam of some sort would be optimal.
