Help answer this question below.

We are updating our kitchen. We have whitewash cabinets. What color countertops, walls and hardware for drawers would work together? Our kitchen opens into our family room which has mission/arts and craft furniture. Colors are greens, beiges, eggplant.

    I have white wash cabinets and updated all my appliances to Stainless steel. They use to be all white. I also took the laminate counters and added granite (venitan gold) I painted my walls with an old world look giving it 3 colors that looks like it is marbelize it was a hard techniqe, but the colors were green,biege and a soft cranberry color. The over all colors blended all together with a nice effect. My sinks are stainless along with my knobs.

    I would ahve to say to you that only you can decide what colors you would like to use in your kitchen. Remember that your kitchen is a place that you see frequently so do it as you would like it. Our kitchen has the whitewashed cabinets as well, and our colors are plum purple, with gold, and plum backsplash.We also have a suede brown effect on a breakfast bar in our kitchen which is dry brushed with a gold .

    I have white cabinets with natural beige kitchen top and maple dining table. My favs in also green when it comes to coaster and accessories. The knob of the cabinet is silver. May be I will post the pics from my kitchen.
