You guys need to get your stories straight... http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/622816 says that ingestion CAUSES it to break down in these things. YOU say they combine and your body CAN'T break it down. Which is it? Oh, yeah... It's not true.

I don't think they consider anything other than the fact it is lower in calories. We are obsessed with being thin. Any means justifies the end--just as long as the end means thin.
