There are none. Antibiotics are the only real cure for strep. The pain can go away, and you'll think it's gone, but without antibiotics, it can live on elsewhere in your body.

Much as I am into natural cures, I have to say, go to the doctor for this one. Strep is dangerous and highly contagious. You will want to use antibiotics to take care of it fast.

Don't do "home remedy" for strep. You must get an antibiotic and if you don't---strep does damage to your heart valves and it is serious.
