Why don't they have blue or indigo skittles? What happened to ROY G BIV?

    There is a strong drive for people *not* to eat blue foods. It is believed that this is because very few healthy foods are blue, but moulds etc. on gone-off food are often blueish in colour. So, while there are perfectly safe blue food colours, they are usually only used in small amounts (e.g. lettering), not to make food blue all over.
