I'd clean your disk with an extremely soft cloth and look for scratches. IT may be the disk is damaged, or its the xbox, if you can play other games just fine, then its the disk. With that kind of disk I dont know if you can rebuff the scratches out.

most likely its the disk if its scratched or cracked it'll only get worse
if its the xbox check if you still have warranty

it might be scracher or worselike alexTMM said. what i do with disks that dont work is i lightly put a little water on it and dab dry it with a soft towel/washcloth and if that dosnt then it is scrached cracked or the xbox is broken. my procidure hasnt failed me yet
