  • The date should be on paperwork (like on a speeding ticket) or Michael has a good option too if you don't have any luck with the paperwork route.
  • The clerk of the court will have it based on your ticket or notice to appear number. If you do not have these and are the one charged, the clerk should be able to reference your information based on your name and birth date. The police department at the precinct level may also have a record as the officer may be scheduled to appear, but they would be a last resort. Most jurisdictions should by now have an on-line docket posted on the www as well as on the outside of the courtroom on the day of a trial. To access this you need to go to the www site of the government involved and work your way down to the district court level.
