Can Bots recognize real time images?

    I'm not completely sure I understood your question, but my answer would probably be:
    Not reliably.
    Bots might be able to identify characters in simple images (a process known as OCR - Optical Character Recognition), but even this is prone to errors (e.g. the Answerbag title image for example).

    I heard Japan was developing a security system that would be able to identify people from their faces (based on proportions), but this is yet highly experimental.
