Tots TV and Rosie and Jim were good.
Educational and imaginative.

Bad - Power Rangers etc.

Teletubbies are terrible, really awful. I'd say Come Outside is the very best, with Auntie Mabel and Pippin, though I very much doubt people in the US will get it!
