I have a 8mb memory card for PS2,it says unformatted.so i format it.after awhile become unformatted again.it happen twice now.what happen to my memory card?can i fix it / buy a new one?

  Why does a message come up saying "memory card has been removed or replaced" when i try to play Madden 08 on my ps2, and I cant delete or look at any files on the meory card at the Browser/System Configuration screen, why?

  I delete one file on my memory card but the problem is it deleted all my saved games in my memory card. When I try to use my memory card the only available memory is about 1600 kbs. I cannot use it anymore. Is there any way I can fix it?

  My PS2 memory card randomly deleted all the data and won't let me save. There have been no new games, no deleted data, and no cords pulled out or anything. What could have happened and is there any way to fix it?

  I have Tiger Woods 2008 for ps2, game has been playing fine but when I get to the pro level to start the tour I can't move on. I have replaced the game with a new one but it does the same thing, could my memory card be the problem?
