Panasonic TV model TX-28PL4 . Wide Black lines top and bottom of the screen seriously reduce the picture. Changing aspect will not improve it. Any Help please?

Are you watching via cable, do you use a scart connection and are you watching widescreen format programming?

irecently bought a rankmaster TV, and as i was watching a movie the screen turned whiteyou can see through it just and the TV stil functions

Westinghouse SK19H210S TV. I get HDTV channels fine, but for regular cable TV channels all I get is the sound while the screen stays pink. This happens even after I do Analog TV Quick Setup and Advanced Setup scans. Ideas for how to get Analog TV video?

I have a Toshiba 32" standard tv. (CF32H50) when I turn the tv on the screen will be black. The picture will then appear after several minutes changing between a full screen and a picture that is 'smashed' and has black bars on top and bottom.
