Help answer this question below.

I live in a lodge. i was evicted. i paid off the evic. & now i am b hind again. my landlord said she had law changed and no nee to evict anymore. can laws be changed in 2 months. can she throw me out wo evict papers. i signed nothing new. east ridge tn.

We were given a 30 day written notice (Aug31) and now have a court date (Sept 16). Weren't we supposed to get a 3 day notice to in NY
