It does, it bugs me badly. especially when they make post after post in all caps, not just one. I try not to let it bother me, but I tend to ignore those posts after a bit.

Yes, it does. It burns my retina. Ever since the onset of the Internet, I've heard that typing in all caps is a no-no, it's considered impolite and yelling, yet, some people just don't get it

Well, typing in all caps is generally considered to be yelling. So, yes, most of the time I find it annoying, and most of the time I even avoid Q&A where people type in all caps. Is it yelling? Or is it laziness?
