Can taking estrogen supplements increase breast size? Are there any risks?

    While estrogen sometimes increases fat deposition in the breasts, the experts all seem to say that breast size is genetically determined and that there is no safe or effective way to significantly increase or decrease breast size with supplements. Also, there are indeed risks associated with taking estrogen supplements, as evidenced by the ongoing controversy over Hormone Replacement Therapy.
