I dunno, but the better question is why do you have a track record for not getting along with Atheists?

Hmm...

Well, are you trying to convince the others they are wrong in their beliefs? You need to state a bit more than you have in order to give a decent answer.

Because of stupid questions like this: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1176735 http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/5043695 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1176427 http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/5042571 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1176334 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1175512 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1175599 You know, there is such a thing as overkill and NOOOOOOOO, you are not being persecuted, regardless of what you try to turn this into!

Probably because most of the people who self-identify as atheists, particularly in the United States, are just embittered ex-fundamentalists who are angry at God. They may have given up on God, but the same behaviours which made them so annoying as fundies -- the blind certainty of their own rightness, the chip on the shoulder, the arrogance, the need to inflict their beliefs on everyone around them -- didn't disappear just because they stopped using God as an excuse for it.

You and "christians" like you wear your religion like a badge. You know you're proud of not getting along with people who don't agree with you. You like it.

I have no idea? As a person who believes in One God... I get along far better with agnostics and atheists than I ever have Christians or any other kind of Religious person with the exception of Jews. I have never had a problem with a Jewish person. THey are secure enough in their own position that they dont feel the need to convert by force or at all for that matter.

depends on how far you push your beliefs into their face... that might have something to do with it. lol. don't hide that you don't.
