Based on the info you and the accuser gave, they would make a decision to send the case to the prosecuting attorney. The P.A. would discuss it with a judge and make the decision to issue a warrant.
If the adult in this case did nothing wrong tthey can say that false charges are being made, which is a misdemeanor in itself.
If i sell a car to someone from another state, and i take my current plates off my car ,as they are in my name... what or how does the seller go about "plating" it to drive back to their own state?
