out of the 3 definatley Delia's. They have the most unique clothing.
But overall I would say "other". I'm in to Gadzooks, and forever 21.

american eagle if you want a casual look, and if you want to get a small piece of fashion for very cheap prices, go to forever 21 and Urban Outfitters, where you can find anything you want from a very wide range of prices=)

yeah i'd pick abercrombie, then american eagle.
dEliA*s is unique clothing but i think the all american look comes mostly from abercrombie and american eagle. :D

Lacoste or Fred Perry
like abercrombie and american eagle is fine for day to day wear
but if you really want to kick it up a notch and be classy at the same time
Lacoste is the way to go
mostly because its french but also because its international.
same clothing just more class.

Out of the 3, American Eagle is #1. Delias would be #2. I don't like anything from Abercrombie. Other stores would be Wet Seal, Forever 21, Old Navy, etc...
