Will President elect Obama take Israel's side during this recent conflict between Hamas and the Israeli people? Do you think this is happening to test president elect Obama on his new policy and to see who the USA's power is supporting?

    I believe that Hamas is nothing more than a terrorist organization who should be wiped off the planet...If Obama wishes to support Israel while they defend themselves against these terrorists, than I am behind him all the way.

    Yes, Obama has already stated that he would support Israel's decision to defend itself against Hamas' aggression.

    No. This has nothing to do with Obama or the U.S. It has everything with Israel responding to unprovoked rocket attacks by Hamas. Let the ground war commence.

    He alreadt came out and said Israel has the right to defend themselves against Hamas's objectives of Israels inihilation. He will hedge the fence and try not to intimidate the Arab or Muslim world

    The fight has very little to do with the President elect's taking of office,,Hamas has it's own agenda,they play by their own rules,not the politics of the US.To think that this was a test is thinking that we(US) are in the center of this whole world,we are not!We may be the last 'Super power' but we are not the end all of the world,not by far.

    Yes, the US should take a stance with Israel,we have been allies with them for a long time,this conflict isn't going to change the foreign policies,it just isn't all that big of a deal(as far as US/Israeli relations are concerned)
