  • Everyone is different and some diets work better for others. The best advise I can give is to lower your calorie intake and increase exercise. Not eating anything a few hours before bed helps as well. Cutting out soda and other carbonated drinks, not eating fast food and foods loaded with sodium, and drinking plenty of water will help as well. Best of luck to you!
  • i often feel lazy when it comes to the thought of exercise, but it is essential, i reliase how much effort it takes to do a simple job like the dishes which is toning muscle, but i found the best way to lose weight was to drink green tea. also by doing easy things ike cutting the extra fat off meat will make a difference. sugar is what is actually causes weight to be put on because if the sugars energy is not used, it stores itself resluting in fat
  • Don't eat late in the evening or at night; only in the morning and during the day; so you burn the energy and no fat will be stored. Slow down (but don't stop!) on meat (avoid pork). Slow down on alcohol and patato's/bread too. Focus on vegetables (pref. spinage) and fruit. Have an egg or trout/salmon instead of meat. Drink diet-coke. When hungry and you crave for a snack in the evening, drink water/juice to fill your stomach, or eat a raw carrot. Don't forget to exercise at least 30 min/day; I cycle to work... Get used to this routine. But don't strain yourself to much; if you do all this, there's no harm in drinking one or two glasses on occasion or eat a burger sometime (but in a while you are going to prefer the low fat veggie-burgers....) If you are to hard on yourself, you can't persevere. We tend to eat out of boredom or because we feel bad. When you feel bad, you eat and feel better. (Nature evolved us like this, so we don't starve! Eating makes us feel happy!) You will feel bad after gaining weight, and start to eat more to compensate! Don't fall for this! Chew gum to fool mother nature! When kids are dissapointed/unhappy they suck their thumps for this reason... Reverse the spiral, and your whole life will improve; you will GAIN health!   • Just lower your sugar, salt, and flour intake, drink lots of water, try to walk 30 minutes a day, and don't eat anymore fried foods if you can help it after 7:00 pm!
