Help answer this question below.

Im a typical nervous wreck when certain events occur, what can i do to prevent the symptoms from being worse or getting worse? What can i eat? What can i do to calm myself down? thankyou :)

    You may have an anxiety condition/disorder. I suggest you Google Anxiety Disorder...and look what some of the links have to say about controlling symptoms. Anxiety is a HIGHLY TREATABLE condition. Start by educating yourself like that....consider seeing atherapist who specialises in anxiety disorders.....well worth it.
