Both. There are a few categories in which I have a lot of books, and then a bunch of other categories with only a handful apiece.

Probably more in line with a lot of books in a few categories. Archaeology/Anthropology, given that that is my profession, dominate the shelves, with sci-fi and fantasy novels coming in a close second.

All of my books are on chess. They are on a variety of categories within chess, however.

Sorry, it wont let me write comments, i never got an email and i told it to resend it a bunch of times. Anywho, yeah, im really into chess. I play in tournaments all the time. Im Delaware's state blitz, rapid, and regular chess champ, along with winning our grand prix series (which is a chain of tournaments, and whoever has the most wins throughout them all wins it). Our team at UD won the team east under 1700 section last year, and this year we are playing in the under 2000 section i believe. Im just under being a chess expert, and my goal is to be a master by the end of college.

Neither -I own a lot of books in a lot of categories. We've just been rearranging the house after buying some new furniture and it wasn't until I had to move the bookcases around that I realised how many we had! I have a desk for study and reference books; a bookcase for paperbacks; a bookcase for cookery books; a bookcase for magazine and library books; a bookcase for...you get the picture..

Lots of books but few categories: Tech books- a lot stored in BIG metal cabinet in shop How to Books(1001 helpful hints, 1801 home remedies,savvy consumer guide, guide to writing, medical dictionary's & 4 tech books.-in my Office mixed group of fictional writers: Phillip Margollin Debra Web Harlan Coben Iris Johansen Marinh Stewart J.A. Jance Sara Gruen Kay Hooper John Lescroart Stephen Frey Tami Hoag Scott Turow Lisa Jackson Nora Roberts Bob Hill are just a few in the spare room up on shelfs above windows about 50 that I haven't read yet Danielle Steel I have just about all her books on shelfs above windows in master bedroom and I have read them.

Jim has books on golf,tennis,woodworking and gardening..I never read 'em.
