  • yes definitly, i think people need to be aware now of the dangers. only a few weeks ago near where i live that a lad got stabbed on a night out. you go to a club now and bump into some1 and say someat like sorry mate and a fight will start. neighbours are killing each other because of silly arguments, people getting mugged for a couple of quid, whats it going to be like in 10 years
  • No, I've heard other people talking about the degradation of our society and the increasing violence but honestly, is it really increasing all that much or is our violence just being portrayed more in the media because it gets the best ratings? There really has never been any point in time in the history of the world that we didn't have murder and rape and wars. For example, road rage has existed since the invention of the automobile, but never received much exposure until someone coined the term "road rage". Sudden recognition or increased exposure of the violence in our society doesn't equate to the actual acts of violence.
  • No. People have always been violent towards one another. Wars have always been fought in the name of God or gods. There have always been terrible diseases to worry about. Unfortunately, it's just the way things are.
