    I was once in an emergency waiting room at Children's hospital in Chicago when a baby was brought in. The family dog had bitten off the child's nose. That was...pretty traumatic.

    Witnessing someone vomit in the waiting room and watching a domino effect.

    I left after 2 other people threw up, because I get reall, really freaked out when people throw up. I mean, my heartbeat speeds up, and my face gets hot, and all of that.

    I didn't want to contract whatever any of those people had, because mine was certainly not as bad.

    Eugh.

    I was waiting to see a doctor to talk about my acne, and I kept hearing from out side of the room that two buildings in NY were hit by planes. And then the doctor finely came in and told me what to do about my acne and also that 1000s of people died in the WTC.

    My mates sister came over from the U.K and drank herself into a comatose state at a festival here. He was passed out already and she was dangerously close to dying of alcohol poisoning. I was at home with my girlfriend when two Japanese guys rang my doorbell and more or less dumped her there because they knew I was a foreigner. I took her to the hospital because I started to think she was more than just passed out.(My G.F came with me)

    Anyway, we had to wait for a few minutes in the emergency waiting room, and the girl starts to take her clothes off. By the time I noticed what she was doing she was completely naked from the waist down!! Haha people were looking at us real strange. I had to put her clothes back on, but she was fighting to take them off, so we had this little tug of war going with her knickers. Me trying to push them up, and her trying to pull them down. Funny thing was , she was totally out cold the whole time!!
    The docs told us later that if we hadn't brought her in, she could have died!

    I was passing blood through my urine and scared so I walked to the hospital in the middle of winter and checked in.

    I waited for two hours with you know what hurting like hell and fell asleep on the floor using my coat for a pillow.

    I was in the sick waiting room were everyone kept puking. There was only me and two other people who could hold in our puke. the whole room stunk. We all had the same virus but it was stupid for the hospital to eep us in the same room.

    i checked in and sat down. an hour went by, then another 15 or 20 minutes. i go up to the receptionist and ask her why so many people that came in behind me where getting called back and i'm still sitting there. she looks at her computer and looks at me and says "oh, we couldn't find your chart, hold on let me get the doctor" i ended up sitting there another half an hour to an hour before i was called back. i was so pissed off, if i hadn't needed my medication, i would have walked out but not before saying something very hateful. i just felt so disrespected.

    At the OB/GYN...shame on those paper gowns! It didn't cover me up enough and here he comes, he hands me an extra gown that the nurse had left, opps...I didn't bother to look for that one.

    I was in a country doctors waiting room,the Doctor was running late, a local man Jethro,was talking to the receptionist who suddenly exclaimed, Jethro, you can't use the word Cock in here! call it something else, OK, says Jethro and takes a seat, the waiting room slowly fills and in walks one of Jethros friends, Hi Jethro how are you? I've a problem with my Arm, Oh, what is it?....Jethro says, I can't pee through it!!

    I passed out and defecated myself. It was at a clinic's waiting room. My wife had to go and get some "Chubs" cleaning wipes, plus a big diaper and extra clothes. I made a big mess. I was told that I almost fell into a coma...
