Help answer this question below.

What good is paypal if people can just do this? how can you be sure that funds recieved threw paypal cannot be "reversed" once i transfer it to my bank account, is it there to stay?
or can they still cancel it like they can after paypal tells me its done

    You wait until the funds actually show up in you bank account - not just your Paypal account.
