For a doctor to refuse to do a tubal ligation on a young woman (18-35) because she might change her mind the same sort of offence as a doctor refusing to do an abortion on a young woman, also because she may regret it in the future?

    It is appaling that, in this day and age, professionals are taking it upon themselves to make decisions for their patients. I strongly feel that any professional in any such situation, should have their licensed taken away for ever
