Of course. We are not civilized enough to avoid war. Resources always start wars and then there is religion. Think about our vital resources and their scarcity then give it some time to settle the competing nation's stomachs. You should have asked when. Edit: I think China will be the catalyst in the inevitable WWIII.

I think there will be perhaps, but not now. The problem will start if the US' plans for stopping the chinese economy fails (the plan is to raise the oil price as high as they can). If this doesn't result, anyone will find a stupid reason for trying to invade another country.

Not at any time soon, it has been over 60 years since the last World War. Personally i don't think we will ever see another World War in our time, just wars like Iraq where several countries 'gang up' against another.

Well.. Humans do seem to have this incessant urge to take over the world, beat the crap out of others, and prove that they are "better" than others. SO my guess, probably yes, Unless some extremely drastic changes are made.

There will 100% be a war, what do you think will happen when oil companies cannot meet demand? Countries will invade other countries for oil, without the oil producitivty will stop meaning no money meaning no army meaning no power meaning a MASSIVE threat to any country without oil so the fact is not if there will be a war but when, i'm guessing within the next 30-40 years. Other things to worry about: North pole melting, water level increasing aka floods. bees are dying out, as einstein said "5 years after the bees die we die" 30-40 years the earths temperature will increase by 8 degrees which means crops can't grow and we will starve to death or become cannibals. So if war don't happen and wipe out mankind something else will within our generation. Think i'm an idiot? Only time will tell.

Well, it wouldn't be Iran, Iraq or Russia. It would probably be either the U.S.A., Israel or China who started it. There is also the ominous possibility nuclear weapons cold have got into the hands of unaffiliated groups of troublemakers (perhaps black-market ex-USSR waepons), terrorists if you like. It may not be immediately apparent where the threat originates and this opens the door to a nuclear war of global proportions based on false assumptions and involving innocent parties. Such a false reactive war has never ever happened before in the whole history of the human race, of course!
