Special K20 Ingredients
Water, contains two percent or less of sugar, whey protein isolate, citric acid, phosphoric acid, natural flavor (contains soy), calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, yellow #5.
There is nothing there to curb appetite and plenty of forms of sugar. The gluconate and sucralose are forms of sugar.

+6 and thank you my dearest friend! *HUGS* I'm glad I'm not getting scammed, I trust my AB family to keep that from happening. :) I hope you had a happy holiday and I wish you peace and love for this coming year. :)

Most welcome. :) From what I am reading, this protein water is a scam. This has less nutritional value than your average multivitamin plus a small sampling of protein, such as part of an egg. It looks like they put the "whey protein isolate" in there so they could say "healthy protein drink."
.
Peace and love to you and yours as well. :)
