    Forest Whitaker & Helen Mirren are my picks. Perhaps Peter O'Toole, but he got that honorary career Oscar a few years ago, so voters may not feel the sentimental tug to go w/ him. I've developed strategies for picking over the years, check out my zany article...

    Forrest Whitaker will win for "The Last King of Scotland" and Helen Mirren will win for "The Queen." They both seem to be the only actors that almost every critic and industry insider agrees will receive nominations.

    The real surprise will be when Sacha Baron Cohen is nominated for "Borat."
