Art Noveau [did I get the spelling right?] I have seen a book of Art Noveau drawings in our library and fell in love with it. I'll put a pic in once I've found one

I really like the surreal work by Salvador Dali, I think it is pretty mind bending and interesting. I also like the illusion of MC Escher's works (very technical and complicated to have drawn), I think it is interesting in a how-do-you-do-that way.
-
I love watercolor paintings and still life photography. I also generally like anything which is thought-provoking and controversial.
-
Photographic art. Especially Ansel Adams.
-
I like scupture because it is more three dimensional.
-
As for type of art, I like statues, you can touch them, feel their form... but what I love most are.. Portraits, in any style, that make you fall in love with the sitter.. They don't necessarily have to be physically beautiful, but it's like they're asking to be remembered, and I love wondering about the lives of the people painted, their thoughts, dreams, habits, most of those lost with time..
-
The type that makes you want to look at the painting for more than 1.5 seconds.
-
Superrealism/photorealsm or abstract expressionism, because they both deal with the same concepts; the manipulation of primordial chaos!
-
something that would cature my attention and if i could afford it.

-
Music. It is the soul of art...
-
G'day Eddie1, Thank you for your question. My favourite visual art forms are painting followed by sculpture. More widely defined, it would be literature and music. Regards
-
I like a mixture. Some opera or classical pieces can stir up emotion in me. Visually, sculpture appeals to me as does oil painting, ballet and other forms of dance. I also consider architecture to be a form of art.
-
I like the following: photography drawing or sketching acrylic painting creations in clay (Sculpture) or wood, metal, etc...
-
I enjoy visual arts and musical art. I think they can easily go hand in hand. When I was in college and working on painting ant ceramics and sculpture, we always listened to music. It influenced everyone differently, but yet it did influence us.

Dance

Animation. <3

Scupture

All of it. Any art is good art to me. I love it all, dance, painting, sculpture, music, jewlery, and one you've probelly never heard of Haut Ecole Equestrian that's the dancing horses like the Lippizaners. The time, training, and detication they put into their craft is something to behold. Beauty for Beauty's sake.
