Question

Help answer this question below.

What would be some problems the US would face if marijuana was fully legalized? (sell them in shops, legal to grow) And what limitation would be needed to make marijuana legalization a success. (illegal to smoke in public, etc) Who would/wouldn't benefit?

It will generate the same problems as alcohol and tobacco products. Limitations sholud be about the same as tobacco & alcohol. Societies will benefit, and the big -evil- international elite will have to rearrange their eugenics agenda somewhere else.

    My 2 cents.

My own list of benefits -

Drug enforcement officers could focus on 'harder' drugs such as cocaine, heroin, meth. No jobs would be lost.

Marijuana dealers would not need guns, would save lives. I've heard of people being shot over weed.

People who need it, could get it easily. I know people who say it's like adderall for them, calms them down.

    New cash crop.

The biggest benefit I can see is...
FREE UP PRISONS. Courts are already swamped. Inmates are expensive and people's lives go to waste in jail, over what? marijuana, a drug that has never killed a single person. Reduce court crowds dramatically. Reduce government spending on inmates. The government could reduce taxes, slightly. It would literally save lives and generate income in many different ways, and could potentially improve the quality of life for all Americans.

    Drawbacks?

True, we would have a 'high' America. I'm sure businesses would say employees can't come to work high, just like alcohol.

The alcohol and tobacco industry would suffer greatly. But politicians are in their pockets, this is a big reason why marijuana has not already been legalized; this is known as corruption.

I know kids are already able to get ahold of it just like any other drug.....but it would be "easier" for them to obtain it. Messin' up all those young brain cells is the down side.....I do agree with it if it could be regulated by a doctor, just like narcotic pain medication....maybe???? I would say it couldn't be smoked in public....get the other people at the table next to you high as a kite too. LOL

The government wouldn't make nearly as much money. That's all I'm going to say.
