No but I can curse in about 6 different other languages when I screw something up and have to spend three hours on the phone with tech support... AGAIN!

I don't know when computer literacy begins but I learned everything I need 5 years ago by myself and not missing an important thing in the Internet.

Yes ... I started with punching holes in paper cards back in 1975 ... spent some of my time in the military with a telecommunications troop ... then took a two year course becoming a computer programmer and computer systems analyst ... I now design and write software part time. While I still occasionally need a bit of help with certain pieces of delicate computer hardware, I have no software problems that I can not handle easily.

Yes, mostly by trial and error over the years ; ) You tend to learn a lot by crashing and burning, then rebuilding.
