My 2nd generation ipod shuffle wont turn on. After fiddling with the on button there is still no light coming from the two dots that are supposed to show light. What do I do? I didn

    have you tried plugging it into the computer? if u have and it still doesnt work, wait a few days to see if it will turn on and then if it still doesn't turn on, take it to the shop to get a guarantee, if still in the time limit, or get a new one.
