Well it would vary from person to person, but I use Proactiv and it works very well, although it's not perfect because sometimes it doesn't prevent every pimple that comes up but it does reduce acne significantly. I suggest you try it for 1-2 months and if you don't like it you can always cancel.

I used Proactiv and it worked for awhile, but then stopped working as well. One of the women at the healthfood store who had a similar breakout problem like mine got the copycat version at one of the regular drugstores. You'll be able to tell because it compares the ingredients to those in Proactiv. Her skin looked great and it was half the price...I'd try that first.

I ordered it and used it for about a week. My acne began to clear up- but I developed red, puffy, itchy rashy skin. It started under my eyes and spread out... it looked like a red lace doily covering the skin on my face -- everywhere that the proactiv had touched. It turns out I had a reaction to the active ingredient Benzoyl Peroxide. I haven't been able to use anything with Benzoyl Peroxide in it since I used proactiv. I have to use things with Salcylic Acid instead.... From what I can tell, and from the experiences of those I know with the product, it works quite well for most people. I just wasn't lucky enough to be able to use it.

it can be good, but I have heard quite a few people say they have allergies to it, so I would talk to your doctor first. It would be a terrible shame to invest money in something that you couldn't use.

I, like Sunshine, used it. It did work for a while but then I didnt see anymore real results. I still got pimples (though not many) and my skin did not change like the crazies on TV says it does. The off brand stuff at Wal Mart contains the same ingredients and its cheaper.
