No :)
-
Not in a million years.
-
Only when I see a really cute ballerina
-
I can't say that I ever did, or probably ever will, although at my age, it seems unlikely now. Anyway, I was always a pretty clumsy child, so it wouldn't have been for me.
-
nope. i think i'd humiliate the other dancers with my un-co limbs ;)
-
My parents made me take tap-dancing lessons when I was young, because they thought I would like it...I found no amusement in prancing around in metal shoes, flapping my heels like an idiot.
-
Nope... Only to be as light and limber as them. Then again... There ARE reasons to be a (straight) male ballet dancer! (See video!)
-
Nope, not once.
-
Not even in a nightmare.
-
No, but if you pursued a football career it would help.
-
no not really. i always had great respect for their gracefullness though.
-
YES!!!! i used to slip my yellow tutu over my pink pajama pants when i was five.
-
no I was a tomboy, my daughter takes ballet though!
-
My grandmother was a Prima Ballerina so for a while I did. I was too clumsy, all legs and arms, not graceful as a ballerina should be. So I took tap. I can do that well.
-
Nope, i was never a good dancer so that wasn't my dream.
-
I've never known a little girl who didn't want to be a ballerina at some time or another, Zack. I think it's in the DNA! :)
-
No, I wanted to be a gymnast.
-
I was a ballerina for 6 years, but got tired of it and moved to the Equine sports :]
-
When I was little I did. It was one more thing that I allowed other people to take from me. I was a chubby but cute kid... All the other girls tormented me until I sat in the corner and gave up. My mother said that when she came to pick me up, I would always be sitting on the sidelines shuffling my feet in my ballet shoes angry or hurt over something some dumb ass said.
-
I've always been too clumsy, really. I thought they looked beautiful and graceful and stuff, but it was never going to be me. I pretty much constantly had massive plasters on my knees and bruises all over me.
-
Yes, and I was for 8 years :) I still have my toe shoes.
-
I've often day dreamed, no, secretly yearned to be a male ballerina....>shiver<....it's a dream of mine..sigh
-
Yes, I still do. I'm too clumsy though.
-
Yes I spent 17 years at dance classes and have danced in many shows modern and classical but I did not have the dedication to be a Prima Ballerina and the money in a chorus is poor.
-
yes i am one :>
-
I did ballet from the age of 5 until I was 15.
-
no. actually in primary school, when all the girls wanted to be ballerinas, i kinda wanted to be a vampire...
-
Took ballet as a child, tap also, wanted to be a ballerina. My Mother was great.
-
I wouldn't call myself a ballerina, but I've been dancing five years and take ballet. It's not my favorite, and it's definitely not my best! I prefer lyrical much better :)
-
I did ballet for four years and I really miss it. I think ballerinas are so beautiful and graceful. Plus, they're some of the most physically fit people in the world. That's why I got a ballet workout dvd :)
-
Yes,I just graduated from an elite ballet academy, but was not taken in as an apprentice to the affiliate company. Nobody was this year due to the economy. Some corps members were even let go. I have not given up on being a Danseur. However, I am pursuing the option of studying more Contemporary ballet and Modern dance at a top University's dance program.

when i was younger i was one, but now i still want to be one!
