Help answer this question below.

My 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee is overheating and the thermostat is saying it is in the red but i've only been driving it for 2 minutes or so. Also my heat keeps blowing sometimes cold and sometimes warm air and it make a knocking noise when this happens.

    Sounds like it the radiator is just about totally empty, if you don't stop using it like this immediatly, you WILL do permanent damage to the engine.
