Help answer this question below.
Isn't that like asking, "How many times can I crash my car before I am permanently impaired"?
It isn't something you really want to push, is it??
An addiction is not measured in number of times tried, it is measured in your ability to go without using. If you are addicted, your body has developed an undeniable dependency on it, and you cannot stop using it.
Some people may claim that they are simply trying it several times a day, but they are most likely trying to deny their addiction.
Since nobody seems to know or willing to give an honest answer i will. 2-3 times max. NOBODY gets immediately addicted the first time, but many do die the first time.
It does take a short while for the body to begin feeling the effects of withdraw. 3 days will do it if you stop after 3, but I would never try to push the limit because 2 could do it and 3 definitely will. 1 won't, but 1 can very easily be lethal.
If for some insane reason you really want to find out be prepared to feel like garbage real soon. I guarantee you'll never feel so shitty in all your born days.
20 yrs on and off heroin addict. In treatment now 6 yrs June 1.
legend in your mind your an idiot, you are speaking complete bias ideas.. first off you 95% of people do not die trying it the first time, the problem with it is that you never know how potent what you are getting really is until to you try it because people cut it to make more money and sometimes they dont.. addiction lies in the ability to use and not use, you can do it for a week straight, a gram a day and develop a slight physical addiction, but nothing that can kill you, at most a slight head ache for 2-3 days and then it fades.
truely addiction comes from, the question of how well can you not use.
all i can say is when you get deep into it, most people eventually quit if they truely want to, but most keep using if at least a little here and there. its a rough thing to start, all i have to say is do research, and at least get the TRUE facts about it rather than hear the rediculous scare scenerious.
One too many. The trick is by the time you figure out what that number is it will be way too late.
I'm assuming that you are just curious, but PLEASE do NOT try heroin. It will ruin your life.

I agree with thatisrightt. Most people have such a hatred towards heroin because of scary rumors. You always hear about the people who cannot handle themselves, who are week minded and wind up ruining their lives. What you don't hear about is people who are perfectly capable of enjoying it without any physical or mental repurcutions because there is no reason to spread those kinds of rumors. It is possible to be a responsible drug user. You have to know yourself well enough to know whether you will fall victim. And I think it's more a question of how many days in a row can you use than how many times a day. Seriously, I never understood how anyone could use more that once a day. It's a pretty boring drug when you get down to it. I would never be able to get anything done if I did it several times a day like some people suggest they are doing. I have been IVing for a while now and never more than a couple days in a row or just a couple times a week at the most. Not just because I fear physical addiction, but because I have a life and I honestly don't want to, or have time to do it anymore than that.
If you have an addictive personality or the ability to obsess over things then just leave it alone. If you are a reasonable person with self control then give it a whirl, but don't push your limits. If you have the time and money to do it for days on end then you may need to find a hobby.
I've used (snorted, not shot) heroin several times a day, for up to 5 days in a row with out becoming physically addicted. But you should probably set it at 3, to be sure.
Dear God stay away from that cr@p. In my line of work I have seen it destroy soooo many lives. Both young and old. Thanksgiving day i had the displeasure of telling the parents of a twenty year old that their son was dead and that we couldn't revive him.
Ends up he just started dabbling a few months ago.
What a shame.
once, idk.
I'll be your guinea pig but I'll need plane tickets to get out of the desert first : )
If you take enough heroin to get high, how quickly does the feeling kick in? What is the feeling for a first-timer?

I make a LOT more money, doing what I do, but yes, sometimes the price is steep....If you sell drugs where I live you better plan on prison in the cards, nobody gets away with it around here for more than 10 years.....Small town.
