Help answer this question below.

I have a 93 Honda Accord LX 4dr. I have a maintenance light indicator on the dash that when I replaced my timing belt it turned green now after four months the light shows a yellow color, what is this light for, and what should I do?

    Adding to the two (correct) existing answers:

    Look in your manual for instructions on how reset the light. If you reset it everytime you change the oil, it will come in handy in reminding you when an oil change is needed.

    There is a key slot right next to this light. It is for the most part just a reminder to have your car brought in for routine maintenance every 7,500 miles. other than that it has no real relevance.

    Have your oil changed and reset your service light every 7500 miles

    If you don't want help from your car to be reminded of scheduled maintenance, just stick the ignition key (or any key) into the groove by the light. It will turn green again.
