Same as my opinion of Christiany and religion in general: a whole lot of hogwash and superstition. The world would be better off without it and the nuts that indulge in its practice

This is just my opinion, based on very limited knowledge, and no offense is intended. As with just about any other belief system, it can be used for peace or violence - the key is in the individual Muslims. Its portrayal of a God who can be angered and who is OK with killing the enemies of Islam is not in keeping with my beliefs. I haven't seen anything in Muhammad's teachings that approaches Jesus' teachings. (I'm not what most people would call a Christian.) I tried to read the Quran, years ago, but found the language impenetrably floridly boring.

The first time that I read the Koran, my impression was that it was very like the Bible in its content, but that its style was different. I think of the Koran and Bible as being like two members of a family as they are so similar when compared to other Scriptures such as the Vedas. If I had my way though, I would rearrange the Koran so that the Surahs were in chronological order as this seems to be more logical.
