I just turned 17 this month. I'm 5'6 guy and I'm worried about my penis size. I think I'm about done with puberty, the doctors said I was an early bloomer, and I have a 4.8 inch penis when soft. Is this small? I'm very insecure and will it grow any more?

Yes, it will grow to the age of 21-23. 4.8 inch is a good size for a soft penis. Measure it when erect and you will see that your size is bigger and you shouldn't worry about anything.

It will definitely grow! You shouldn't worry! One thing though you shouldn't every worry about the size soft. Only the size hard. Even if it was that size hard it's not THAT bad!
