He probably has other staff. When you access the "about us" at the bottom of the page, several people are listed. You might access "Demand Media" and see if there is a job opening on their 'career' section. I just hope they don't do whatever it was they did to create so many disgruntled people from two of their other sites, Airplane, and the Superdude game. Answerbag doesn't even appear to be listed on their site.
