  • you may be geting too much sleep. i am 16 and have been having that problem for quite a long time. if you only get 6 hrs of sleep i`m sure you will be feeling better. also, is there a possiblility that you are depressed? depression can do that. you think you are sleeping all through the night, but you are really waking up several times in the night. you may need to bring that up to your doctor. hope this helps!
