Help answer this question below.

Can the mother of our daughter take her out of state without consent,good reason,or any legal documentation against me saying i cannot be around the child or mother,and deny me visitation or the right to come get her?please help.

    I think it depends on what your custody/divorce agreement says. Sounds like you need a lawyer not AB!

    Sadly yes she can. If say she has to move because of her job and the children are living with her they will be allowed to go with her. I went through the same thing when my ex moved to Indiana believe me it was hell at first but one thing led to another and we ended up getting back together which solved that problem.
