If you want her to have good memories of it, I say five.
There is plenty for children as young as two to enjoy, but school age is about the age where the memories last a lifetime.
5 is a good time because it is still magic to them. We took our granddaughter at 4 and will take her again when she is 7 or 8. Everything seems real to them and its so much fun!
I would say 10. You need to be able to walk for a long time and be tall enough to meet the height requirement for some of the main attractions.
