I m going to Australia with a skilled worker visa ( civil engineer) in about 3 months but i just cant find any job there do you have any suggestions that may come in handy?

You can't find a job as a civil engineer? I find that surprising. I suppose it depends on which State you are moving to as to job availability, but I see those types of positions advertised quite regularly in the weekend paper.

At the moment this is tough. Most large companies in Australia are on a "hiring freeze" and economists predict a sharp decline in employment of up to 7% by the end of 2009. The problem is that they will hire experienced workers where needed, but you said you just graduated. Unfortunately the timing isn't very good, but if you're already on your way here - introduce yourself in person and sell yourself! That should do the trick!
